Intellectual Clubs:

The Most Important
“The Most Important” intellectual club is a discussion platform for high school students, undergraduates and graduates who are interested in culture, history, and public life. Events such as films and speakers are offered regularly at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays at 11 Prechistenskaya Embankment.

EnglishCinemaClub
The FESS Cinema Club was organized by the socio-economic department. Students watch interesting films with the original sound track in English and then discuss them. Club meetings are from noon till 3:30 p.m. on Fridays.
Pride Business Club
Club members meet with spokespersons from major companies and with business owners to discuss various business cases. The Pride Business Club meets at 5 p.m. every Thursday.

 Theatre
RANEPA has its own theatre that stages productions in English and Russian. Founded in 2000, the theatre has won several FESTOS competitions for Moscow student art. Its productions have included such thrilling plays as Westside Story, The Phantom of the Opera, and The Portrait of Dorian Grey.

 Competitions
You can make yourself known and apply your talents in any of the numerous competitions held at RANEPA. Dancers can try their luck in the Be in Synch dancing contest and singers in the Academic Music Awards competition. There is the KVN humor marathon of the Wits and Humor Club.The Raise Contest of student business projects offers a good start to budding businessmen. Women can show off their beauty, charm, and wit in the Miss RANEPA competition.

 Events
RANEPA hosts many events throughout the year, from the matriculation ceremony, the traditional Kapustnik, to the New Year Ball. The Kaleidoscope of Cultures festival offers a glimpse of the traditions of different peoples, and the All-Russia Spartakiad Games attract the best athletes. Those with a sense of social responsibility and a desire to help others can contribute to Blood Donor Day. Every year the Academy organizes a Model UN, while in summer the traditional Summer Campus opens its doors at RANEPA.
