Tumun Tsydypov is Senior Project Manager at the Forum Center in Moscow, which provides analytical support to the Open Government Project in Russia. His primary role is to lead special policy review projects for the Government of the Russian Federation. Prior to his appoinrtment at the Forum Center, he served as Associate Vice-Rector and Adviser on International Strategy at RANEPA. Being responsible for strategic international partnerships, he was a key member of the project team that designed the Master of Global Public Policy program in cooperation with the World Bank. Prior to that, he worked for several years for the World Bank, consulting on public governance reform and migration projects in Russia. He holds a PhD degree in Political Science from the Russian Diplomatic Academy and an MSc degree in International Politics from the University of Wales Aberystwyth (UK).
